Technology: number of layers, laminate and copper thickness, coating, additional information (interface chamfering, depth milling, blind/buried vias, gold plated edges, etc.)

Data format: Gerber, optimally RS 274X with drilling file in Excellon format with hole diameters.

In the case of multi-layer circuits, please provide information on the number and sequence of layers.

For mechanical processing: board outline; most desirably on separate mechanical layer, or a drawing with accurate dimension in electronic form to prevent the risk of illegibility. Any additional information please provide in a separate text file.

Expected impedance values pleas provide in a separate text file.

2. Please include the following information in your enquiry/order concerning electronic elements:

BOM with manufacturers' part numbers/marking/values of elements, sizes/cases for the elements and their numbers, and optionally an indication whether substitutes may be accepted.

Additionally - (as an option depending on further organization of the assembly process) labelling of the elements on the board (i.e. C1, U5, etc.) in Excel format.
